2017 vintage. Spice has mellowed out significantly - basically nonexistent. Plenty of acetic acid and balsamic vinegar notes. High oxidation. Notable barrel character. Mild musty cellar. Earthy brett, low caramel, boozy dried fruit. Not bad, not great.

Bonus points for the relative ease to open. A knife used to cut the seal, as expected for a waxed cap, then a simple normal use of my kitchen (wall) bottle opener. All done in LESS than 1 minute. Spicy and slight tartness, bourbon taste subtle
