Black Mountain Sparlking Cider

The Black Mountains overlook Herefordshire, with its red soil. Hereford cattle & sprawling orchards. Cider apple trees bear their fruit. Unlike eating apple varieties, cider fruit when tasted can taste quite sweet with a tannic dryness to the mouth. Orchards of old were planted with different varieties such as Ashton Bitter, Brown Stout and Chisel Jersey. Using the Normandy method, we have bottled this cider before its fermentation has finished capturing the natural fruit sugars. Show Less
