Moulin Rouge

Encapsulating an era of exuberance, excess and lavish opulence the Moulin Rouge was a place where all walks of life could mix and appreciate modern art and dance. We’ve taken the modern style of kettle soured ale and applied it to a seductive and rich American amber. Lemon, grapefruit and biscuit notes hit the nose first, followed by a touch of funk and caramel. The flavour is loaded with burnt toffee and cereal complexity. Layers of various citrus are amplified by the lactic acid and smooth bitterness. It might not be in a can-can but it’ll have you swinging from the rafters in no time. Show Less
