Toffeed figs, dates with brown sugar crust, sweet rye bread, incredibly viscous treacly caramely complex malt depths, much later balanced by a floral herbal hop character with growing bitterness, restrained booze. Sweet yet very entertaining and deep.

Delicious and excellent. Caramel, molasses, toffee, dates, figs and raisins. Touch of balsamic as well. It’s off dry so add balance and flavour, good body, long flavour. Super tasty!! Love it.
