Single Barrel Aged Moonlit (2019)

Single Barrel Aged Moonlie (Gold Wax) is an Imperial Stout brewed with an assortment of Dark Malts complemented with a base of English Pale Malts. Aged for many moons in a Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrel. When the brewers went through the sampling process of all the barrels of Barrel Aged Moonlit, they found this particular barrel to shine above the rest. It was selected to be processed separately from the rest and not to be blended into this years package. This bottle is to show you what we hope all barrels of Barrel Aged Moonlit can achieve.
