Token Rhyme (2019)

Token Rhyme honors both the birthday of the late Jerry Garcia of the Grateful Dead (aka Jerry Day) and celebrates IPA Day, both of which fall in early August.
Brewmasters Mitch from New Realm, Nick from Cherry Street and Brian from Piedmont have taken inspiration from Jerry's music, both individually and with the Grateful Dead - and this beer
is our homage to him.
Brewed in the traditional West Coast IPA manner, expect rich piney flavors and notes of citrus lemon peel and grapefruit zest. Malt bill includes Maris Otter English Pale Malt and a pinch of light crystal, Token Rhyme was then hopped heavily in the boil and dry hop with a blend of Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook. Show Less
