Hop Audition Series: Sterling

One of four initial releases from the New Realm Hop Audition Series, this IPA stars Sterling hops. This American hop was bred as a replacement for Czech Saaz, a legendary hop varietal found in many classic European beers. Sterling shines in this IPA, creating a profile including herbal, grassy, spicy & dank notes.

Sterling, along with its 3 "tap-mates" (Hop Audition Series: Citra, Vic Secret & Wakatu) are all cut from the same mash. Each beer is identical up until their dry-hop, which is where each starring hop is called in for audition. Try all 4 to taste the difference & nuance.
