Nose is musty & yeasty, like an orchard with dropped fruit slowly rotting in the sun. There is a slight hint of nail polish, silage & wet hay. Taste is honey, tart apricot & peach, musk & steeping grains. Finishes long, sweet and, paradoxically, tart.
