A harbinger of cold weather, this is a thick-and-creamy stout built on a hefty base of 2-row, oats, and a plethora of roasted malts. We dumped a bunch of graham cracker in the mash, then added 63 lb of marshmallow fluff and finished it with chocolatey cocoa nibs, vanilla beans, and cinnamon. Rich and dreamy, this stout screams of dark chocolate and dense roast, but ends with a delightfully smooth, creamy finish. Decadent with a touch of sweetness. Go ahead, have s’more. Show Less
