Rich syruppy sweetness, lots of complexity, apple peels & stems, red berries, almond, mild-to-firm dryness, some tart acidity, smooth tannins. Controlled woolly farm funk and good sparkle. Close to really good French and British ciders. Well done sir! 🫡
