If you love C-hops, this one is for you. Columbus, Centennial, Citra, Chinook, Comet and (honorary C-hop) Simcoe sing from the glass with enormous resin, pine, citrus zest, cut grass and a juicy baseline from Vermont yeast. Brewed with Pale and Crystal malt and at 8.0% ABV this is as American as the 4th of July.

This beer is my take on the classic with a simple yet clean malt base, enough bitterness to appease the taste buds without wrecking them and a hop profile that is loaded with grapefruit, citrus zest and slightly floral aromas.
