Belle tension/mais rien d'intense (aucun problème à boire 750 ml seul). Très belle fraicheur, fruité net, on est sur raisin blanc, nectarine, tangerine et citron. Sinon fleur sauvage, foin au nez et touche boisé. Complexe, prenant et très bien équilibré.

Backlog Nano Cinco 2023-11-27. Wow! Beau funk au nez, avec une touche de sucre candi et de fruits jaunes à noyaux. Goût acidulé de prune, léger funk des levures sauvages, nectarine, fine amertume. À laisser vieillir. Excellente!
