I’m not a Brett (wet dog) fan, but I know SPO makes tasty wine BA blends, so I gambled. The 12 months in Pinot Noir barrels softened the edge of the Brett & released balanced red wine & dry oak flavors. Definitely an interesting one of its kind blend.
