GOSE je starodávný pivní styl z Německa, jedná se o kyselé pivo s použitím koriandru a soli. My jsme do něj ještě přidali šťávu z černého rybízu. Tato kombinace se může zdát divoká, ale opak je pravdou, protože jemná slanost přidává na pitelnosti a balancuje chuťový profil. Černý rybíz pivo osvěžuje nejen svou chutí ale i barvou.
GOSE is an ancient beer style from Germany, it is a sour beer using coriander and salt. Also we added fruit to it, namely blackcurrant. This combination may seem wild, but the opposite is true, as the fine salinity adds to the drinkability and balances the taste profile.
