About beer:
Gluten free, non-alcoholic pale ale with American hops Cascade, Citra and Simcoe. Brewed only with a little malt to give color and flavor of malt. Brewed as an American Pale Ale to let different hops as Cascade and Simcoe provides flavors and aromas of citrus and tropical fruits, with a backdrop of bitterness and a slight sweetness from the pale malts. Gluten free, through the use of the latest enzymes that break down the proteins are gluten, and the test in a laboratory to be below 20 ppm. Alcohol free, as this beer has not been added yeast and there is not enough sugar from the malt to put a fermentation started, but only light sweetness from the malt.
About the name:
The name is one of Freya's cats called Högni and Þófnir. Since our brewmaster has no idea how to pronounce Þófnir ... Selected he calling it Högni.
