Aggressively dry! Like finding a bone in a desert and then licking it. Very clean finish. If they were going for a champagne-like thing, they almost got it, except for the bubble type. A bit of cider. Some soapiness. Quite neat. #videobeerish

Though you don’t really see much of the style anymore, it’s quite nice to have a Brut IPA again. Getting lemon, hay and subtle white grape with a bright, zingy carbonation. Really quite enjoyable, Muddy York makes some pretty tasty beers.
