Odd- cross between pleasant raspberry and unpleasant sulphur aroma, which is matched on the taste. Very acidic, bordering overly so. Raspberry is nice and works well with acidity, but sulphur taste is too distracting, especially on the nose

Did a blind A/B with these and preferred the non-vanilla. On the nose I got a slight smoky/struck match note on top of the raspberry. You really get a sense of the whole fruit, seeds and all, which is more muddled in the vanilla version.
