Honey Hard Cider

Cyser, or cider fermented with honey, is a centuries old drink from England. Here at Mt. Defiance Cider, we use local honey and apples yielding a striking semi-dry Cyser with a faint honey note underlying a mildly fruity bouquet. Apple, honey and yeast fermented, aged and racked by hand makes for a Cyser that is naturally clear, golden in appearance, and tastes like nothing else.
