Quality control. Sourness is spot on. Pineapple flavor is a bit lacking, as it mostly fermented out. Get some pineapple in the nose.

Been in the bottle for well over a year. The yogurt character has disappeared. Tastes like a dry cider with pineapple and a slight tartness.
