Fresh from back-to-back IPA trophy wins at the Australian International Beer Awards, the brewers have decided to celebrate the occasion with…
an IPA of course.
This time around we are trying out a new hop (for us) called Denali,
meaning that we threw Denali at this beer at every stage, including
a cool 7 grams per litre in the fermenter.
Appearance: Light copper with a slight chill haze.
Aroma: Pineapple, pineapple, and pineapple. It’s like a trip to Woombye, only without the souvenir stubby holder.
Flavour: Balanced malt body with assertive bitterness.
Malts: Ale, Vienna, and Redback.
Hops: Denali, Denali and more Denali.
Other ingredients: Ale Yeast and a lotta love. Show Less
