A few years on and it's a bit less thick and creamy but the barrel notes are more prominent. Smokier than I remember with rich roasty dark chocolate, umami and a touch of salinity on the finish. Booze is there but not overpowering. Very good

A little sludgy on the pour, had settled during cellaring. Pours black with a near black head. Roasty moccha, decent bourbon hit with a noticeable briny minerality. Hint of vanilla and creaminess with a slightly bitter end. Dry, oak finish.
