Old aleish aroma of dark sugars, stewed fruit, fruitcake spices. Not quite syrupy despite lowish carbonation. Treacle, some singed notes, some dried fruit, fruitcake spices. Not all that sweet with still quite firm bitterness. Good.

Excellent Barleywine one could be forgiven for thinking it was aged in Whiskey barrels. It’s thick in textures and shows superb flavours of roasted malts, torched brown sugar, green banana chips, Colombian pour-over & baked parsnip baking tray sludge.

2022年6月15日生产，挺好的，深色麦芽带来的太妃糖、焦糖、果脯香气，稍微有些深色麦芽氧化带来的酱味。闻香比较饱满，入口的感受和香气表现基本一致，酒体适中偏厚，倒是谈不上咀嚼感，碳化程度偏低，符合风格特征。咽下去之后有酒精温热感，鼻后嗅觉体现出更明确的果脯味。酒体干净，无明显不良风味，有风格允许范围内的轻微老化表现。
