Given as a gift in 2010 from the owner of Mother Earth. The age has created an almost Barleywine-esque taste. Great chocolate notes.

Roasty and malted still peeks through in its age. Develops a sting as it warms.
Beery Mays is drinking a Silent Night (2010) by Mother Earth Brewing at St. Beery's Bierhaus
Anise, bitter chocolate, oaky, and light boozy finish.
The traditional day-after-Christmas turkey pot pie. Barrel-aged stout held up really well.
