Richness with the age gives flavours of coffee, molasses and red wine barrels. Caramel and stewed fruits also appear, while the licorice has eased up nicely but not disappeared completely. Super smooth and a few years after the last vertical, this is #1.

Dates and malt on the nose. Strong dark chocolate, brandy, muscatels, roasted coffee, malty bitterness and slighty smoky. Soft, silky texture. Dark fruits-oriented in flavour. Has an aged richness to it, I suspect at the end of its shelf life.
