Comet NEOHAZE

A Yeast and Hop Driven Beer
We are celebrating the emergence of the comet NEOWISE from it's close encounter with the Sun and into our evening skies with our interpretation of an East Coast Hazy Triple IPA. Comet NEOHAZE is initially sweet, but the big hop character quickly takes over and helps dry things out a bit. It's driven by profiles of Stone Fruit, Citrus, and Pineapple. We use malted oats and wheat for the signature haze and soft mouthfeel, while the London Yeast provides the juicy aroma. Generous amounts of Galaxy (Tropical/Pineapple), Comet (Grapefruit), and Denali (Tropical)hops were used to achieve its signature flavor and aroma. It’s medium-bodied with medium carbonation.
