A Malt Driven Beer
An American original, Cream Ales were first brewed to compete with the popularity of light lagers around the turn of the century. Traditionally, cream ales have used adjuncts as part of the grist. Ours is no different, we use flaked corn to add a touch of sweetness and rolled oats to accentuate the creamy mouth feel. Hersbrucker hops add a refreshing grassy/citrus balance to the finish.
It’s light-bodied with elevated carbonation.
