Colors Unseen

This Monday Night Social Club exclusive was brewed with a combination of Pilsner and flaked oats as well as unique rye and toasted wheat malts from, then receiving a classic boil addition of Saaz and a contemporary whirlpool addition of Centennial. Our goal for this beer was to utilize modern equipment and lagering techniques while trying to maintain traditional Saison brewing and recipe stylings. Veering slightly of course with a dry-hop addition of Strata with a smaller amount of Centennial. In short we sought to create Saison through a Lager lens. Show Less
