Small Breweries, Big Ideas

For this beer, we teamed up with the West Coast hoppy beer masters from Liquid Gravity in San Luis Obispo, California. We combined our West Coast IPA recipes resulting in a slightly lighter colored beer than our normal offerings, but still bursting with hop flavor and aromas. The hopping rate was 5.5 lbs per bbl and comprised of a combo of Mosaic whole cone, Mosaic T-90 pellets, Mosaic cryo, and a touch of Nelson Sauvin. This wide range of hop products gives this beer an added complexity compared to most of our other WC IPAs. Show Less
