This is superb. The wheat from the barrel adds great depth for a single barrel brew. Licorice, molasses, and slight leather permeate the body incredibly well. Bourbon from the barrel has room to breathe. Amazing non adjunct work and so tasty. 4.55

Sweet as fuck pastry barleywine. It’s a shame this was aged in a Weller 107 barrel, because you can’t taste any barrel aging amidst the unfinished gravity. Would have been amazing if they started with half OG or finished with 1/10 the FG.
