Barrel Aged Immoderation

BA Immoderation is the amped up version of a previously made beer we did back in 2018. It's an Imperial Stout aged in whiskey barrels for an average of 25 months then treated with El Salvadorian Coffee roasted by Mostra, Ugandan Vanilla, Coconut, and Maple Syrup, all added without moderation. Aromas and flavors of coconut and coffee hit you first followed by a dose of maple syrup coating your palate all while the vanilla lingers in the background from start to finish. 25% 14 year old 4 Roses Bourbon for 34 months
50% 11 year old Wild Turkey Rye for 22 months
25% 5 year old Old Fitzgerald Wheated Bourbon for 17 months
