What a great moment to try this one after a TTO from Mogwai. The smell is here, validated by my mom who is a baeckeoffe master, and in mouth everything is here as well. Salty, smocky, ognons and pepper mainly.

Mogwaï France, Back Off meat stew style gose. Salty and sausage smell. I can appreciate the experimental beer but not my taste. Also cans gotten tight and when opening it foamed out in my sink.
