We’ve captured the essence of a freshly baked cinnamon bun by steaming raisins and cinnamon for a full 12 hours, intensifying their flavors. The base of this beer features a blend of barley malt, rye, and wheat for a rich and luxurious mouthfeel, enhanced with creamy vanilla and a hint of cassonade sugar.
