Escobar

The base beer is a crystal and chocolate malt driven oatmeal milk stout, which after primary fermentation we cold conditioned on cocoa nibs for a fortnight before combining the beer with 100L of cold brewed Yerba Mate. Yerba Mate (pronounced yer-buh mah-tay) is made from the leaves of a South American tree renowned for its nourishing properties and contains caffeine, theophylline and theobromine, well-known stimulants also found in tea, coffee and chocolate.
The final product is a chocolaty smooth stout with balanced flavors of Yerba Mate and chocolate that gently lifts the drinker into a rejuvenated state of euphoria. Certainly a pint Pablo would be proud of. Line em up. Show Less
