Brandy barrel really shines. Some oxidation noticeable. Really good but probably was a little better fresh.

Still standing strong. Still smooth, pleasant, and distinct enough from a regular bourbon barrel. Sweetness is not cloying like many pastry stouts today. Also, no adjuncts! Thanks Allan.

Somewhat oxidized, thinner and drier base than we are used to nowadays, but still noticeable good oaky dark fruit, recommend drinking now if you have any left
