Still a strong flavour. Chilli to the fore. Excellent.

Chipotle, Chilli & Ginger. Can taste all three lovingly brought together by a rich stout. Wouldn't / couldn't drink a lot. But VG. Callum O.

Nice ginger bite with a chilli kick. It is like eating coffee beans.
l.j.c: The chilli was nice. However I think you could have added a little more. It was a pleasant little kick after the ginger,
l.j.c: However I think it could have been more powerful without overwhelming the taste
The Bulb: Thanks for the feedback. We've had people complaining that it was too hot *sigh*... rural pubs!
The Bulb: If I was to brew it again I'd up the vanilla/ginger and reduce the chipotle. It's finding a balance for our market, not our geeky tastebuds!
l.j.c: Fair enough. As a side note, I have found some Yorkshire based friends on the basis that they were discussing this beer and I jumped in.
The Bulb: Ace. Where were they from?
[Backlog] Pours black with a beige head. Smooth but with a chili-kick coming in late. Chili hangs around. A bit fruity with notes of ginger. A bit roasty. A bit weird.
