The grape juice accentuates the vinous characters from the Nelson Sauvin.
Hop aroma and flavour gives way to a balanced mouth feel with an extremely clean lingering soft bitterness with no harsh after bitterness.
Finishes with mild barrel characters with low level vanilla and oak with a pleasant hint of cognac.
