This is made from Quince and Plums and nothing else.
Like most of what we make, our products are centered around fruits other than apples. We prefer to focus on other fruits because our region is one of the only ones in the country where many of these fruits thrive. As far as quince is concerned there is almost none grown at all in the entire country. It is a wildly fragrant fruit that you can smell from 20 feet away these pineapple quince have earned their stripes here. We have found that the most flavorful fruits are the least cost effective to grow and usually very hard to produce / ferment. This is especially true of quince but you can taste that it is worth every bit of trouble. Show Less
