Rockmelon IPA

From the beginning of our journey we’ve been working with the great folk from Big Shed Brewing. As they were starting out at the same time as us and had the spare capacity we shared their brewery to build up our respective businesses. It was a massive learning curve for both companies and a story that has not only left us more competent brewers but also great friends. This collaboration beer is a true interpretation of how far we’ve come and not only incorporates our brewing philosophies but also our passion for IPA’s.
There are two elements to this beer that needed to be the hero, the IPA aspect and the rockmelon addition. So we started with a clean malt base comprising of Pale, Vienna and Munich. Show Less
