Bottled June 2024, I think this is the right batch. Dry, grainy, a little earthy, with a pleasant tartness and a subtle pear character. Bright and nicely carbonated with a subtle musty funk.

If I’m totally honest, this is a bit one dimensional. Slightly tart, really dry, bitter from the carbonation (I think) but I’m not getting loads of depth from it
