Nose fresh apples. Palate alcoholic rotting apples/ pears fruity ( pears), yeasty. Afterpalate very mild acidity possibly malic mouthcoating. Summ - wild fermented perry/cider in bottle. Summ - excellent cider perry taste reflects bottle fermentation.
