Great brew! The extra time bottle conditioned seems to have mellowed the bourbon flavor. I know it's there, but balances very well with the coffee, chocolate, vanilla and dark malt flavors. A touch sweet for my tastes but very nice.

Probably my favorite out of all the Mikkeller SD darker beers that I’ve seen over here in Japan. Not viscous in a way that makes me think I’m drinking candy, but a nice rounded sweetness still
