Super Cozy: Calamansi

Tart Wheat Ale brewed with Honey, Calamansi Puree & Earl Gray Tea. Back at it again with our amazing colleagues at Open Gym for another round of collaboration. For this iteration, we wanted to lean into what keeps the team going everyday, so we chose none other than - our favorite beverages from their Filipino rice bowl outfit, WhiteRice, down in Liberty Station Public Market.
We crafted a delicious rendition of a Calamansi Iced Tea, using our refreshing Gose-style Ale base as the canvas. Dosed with the most amazing Wildflower honey from Mikolich Farms, Calamansi puree, and whole leaf Earl Grey tea - we think we nail the perfect balance of juicy acidity and wholesome sweetness.
