Upon the first whiff, cinnamon bombards your nostrils with holiday cheer and that alluring aroma of horchata. Chocolate, caramel, toffee, & coffee notes play sweet melodies throughout your palate before being reined in & balanced out by dry roasted flavors. Flaked oats are added to create a nice creamy mouthfeel, summit and perle hops impart some spicy and floral aromas with just enough bitterness to be noticed, and vanilla & lactose lend this sapid stout a sweet velvety finish.
