Ну по первоначальным ощущениям на 11.5% указанных не совсем тянет. Во вкусе что-то явно вишнёвое, кисло-сладкое, терпкое слегка, и ещё, как-будто, несколько вяжущее. Послевкусие даже чуть суховатое. А вот аромат куда-то в пэйстри тему уходит вроде.
