Beautiful Bourbon nose. Delicate booze. Brings caramel, coffee, dark choc, cocoa, licorice, tobacco/ashes. Wood, oak, vanilla. Nuts, hazelnuts. Mild astringency. Medium bodied, smooth, almost oily, viscous. Burnt, roasty. Nice aging. A lil' umami grip. VG
