La bouche commence par quelque chose de très doux, presque amande. Ensuite ça monte, ca monte! Jusqu'à une explosion qui dure longtemps. Cacao, café, chocolat. Bref, de l'empyreumatique, avec une très forte amertume. Le BA Whisky reste assez discret.

Superbement réalisé également. C'est puissant, avec des saveurs de chocolat noir, de cacao et de caramel. Belle presence du vieillissement mais plus boozy que la version rhum. Corps huileux et onctueux. Belle longueur avec une belle expression du whisky
