Wow, ein ziemlich perfektes Sour. Allerdings kommt die Kirsche nur ganz fein in Abgang zum Tragen. Die Bete ist kaum zu vernehmen, höchstens beim nasalen Aromatest. Trotzdem sehr lecker und eine absolute Empfehlung für alle Sour-Fans!

Nez : acidulée et cerise ressentis Bouche : acidité puis betterave et un final cerise. Une salinité se ressent sur la fin de bouche, c'est très désaltérant ! La betterave est bien doser Même si je préfère quand elle est plus mise en avant, mais perso !
