Gingembre frais... plus qu'une ginger ale. La bouche est piquante, astringente, asiatique et seche. On croque dans la racine en finale, pour ceux qui n'aine pas le gingembre, fuyez. Pour les autres oui mais pas 2-3. Doit etre bonne pour la digestion.
