#TBT. Bottle with Simz at Grote Dorst on 4/16/17 🐣. Cloudy orange with thin head, and not much lacing. Nose and flavor of grape skins, funky yeast, wood, wine, apples, and a touch of pepper. Tried again at Ryan’s a few years later, was better with time.
