A blend of coolshiped, spontaneously fermented beers aged in oak barrels for 1, 2 and 3 years. This beer is composed of the best barrels of the seasons and represents the constant and productive tension between untamed nature and human refinement, all the while trying to find meaning. This beer is defined by the elements it was exposed to, in the coolship under the stars in the open air and the time necessary to slowly reach a harmonious state over the years. Show Less
